Think bright sun, blue skies, gentle breezes, and more than 50 of your SSC friends rafted up in a protected anchorage. This is going to be our BIGGEST floating party yet! We are up to 9 sail and power boats (thank you, members, for referring Captains to us so we could expand this trip!). CALL LEADERS TO CHECK SPACE AVAILABILITY. We continue to recruit boats and you may still be able to get on this day trip.
Here’s how it works. You will be assigned a boat by the leaders and given a list of your crewmates and directions to the Captain’s dock (all are in the Portsmouth area). You will meet your fellow crew members at the slip and board the boat for a morning cruise to the rendezvous point – Isle of Shoals, weather permitting. Once there, the boats will tie up together – then let the party begin!! Each boat is asked to provide some appetizers and crew goes from boat to boat to mingle with friends old and new, sample the goodies, swim, and explore the area by dinghy. Mid-afternoon, the raft break up and each boat cruises back to its dock to drop off her crew by 6:00 pm.
Trip includes:
•· Day cruise aboard a member’s boat in the Portsmouth Harbor area
•· Cost of the trip is $25 (to offset boat expenses) No refunds if the trip is postponed to the Rain Date
•· Crew will bring food & BYOB
