Costa Del Sol awaits you … explore Andalucia, the Southern region of Spain – beaches and fantastic Moorish architecture. Stay in 4-Star hotels in Seville, Granada, Malaga, and Madrid. Visit other multi-culture ancient historic towns including Cordoba, Rondo, and Nerja.
We have mapped out an exciting itinerary including multiple day excursions, welcome and farewell dinners, a Flamenco dance lesson – with costumes and all – followed by an evening flamenco show, and plenty of leisure time to enjoy touring, shopping, and of course, tapas and wine ...

ITINERARY
Friday Evening - 9/6/19 Depart Boston.
Day 1- Saturday 9/7/19 - Seville.
AM Arrival in Seville Airport. Coach transfer and a city tour prior to arriving at hotel. Afternoon at leisure. Evening welcome tapas dinner party at our Hotel’s Rooftop Restaurant. Accommodations at 4-Star Hotel Vinnci La Rabida in Seville.
Day 2 – Sunday 9/8/19 - Seville.
Breakfast at hotel followed by morning at leisure. We will meet in the afternoon for a Flamenco dance lesson at a local studio, followed by an evening Flamenco Dance show.
Day 3 – Monday 9/9/19 - Seville - Cordoba.
Breakfast at hotel, followed by an excursion to Cordoba - an ancient Andalucian city, featuring striking Moorish architecture and the world-famous La Mezquita mosque dating to 874 AD. Afternoon at leisure to explore this quaint city. Coach transfer back to Seville.
Day 4 – Tuesday 9/10/19 - Seville - Ronda - Granada.
Depart hotel after breakfast en route to Granada, with a full day visit in Ronda, a picturesque “white” city perched high on a mountain top set dramatically above a 500 foot gorge – El Tajo – which separates the city’s circa-15th-century new town from its old town, dating to Moorish rule. We’ll have a half day tour with a private guide, and plenty of leisure time afterwards to explore this unique city. Late afternoon transfer to 4-Star Hotel Palacio de Santa Ines in Granada for an overnight.
Day 5 – Wednesday 9/11/19 - Granada - Malaga.
Breakfast at hotel followed by a guided tour of the magnificent Moorish Alhambra, a walled fortress with a series of palaces and gardens built in the 13 - 15th century, standing at the foot of Spain’s highest mountain range, the Sierra Nevada. Afternoon we’ll explore the ancient city, before transferring by coach to Malaga. Accommodations at 4-Star Hotel Molina Larios.
Day 6 – Thursday 9/12/19 - Malaga.
Breakfast at hotel. Day at leisure. Malaga – capital of Costa del Sol - is almost 3000 years old – and is the birth place of Picasso. A lot of civilizations left their mark on this city. Delight in museums, pedestrian centers, innovative restaurants, stylish hotels featuring rooftop terraces with bars and stunning views of the Mediterranean.
Day 7 – Friday 9/13/19 Malaga – Nerja.
Breakfast at hotel followed by an excursion to Nerja, a picturesque small coastal town on the Costa del Sol situated at the base of a dramatic mountain range,Sierra Almijara. The old quarter of the town is still virtually unchanged with narrow, winding pebbled streets, whitewashed houses with wrought iron terraces overflowing with geraniums. At the heart of Nerja is its spectacular Balcon de Europe, a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, once the site of the great Moorish castle, with sweeping panoramic views of the Mediterranean.
Day 8 - Saturday 9/14/19 Malaga – Madrid.
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning transfer to Malaga train station for high-speed train travel to Madrid. Transfer to Hotel Villa de Reina in Madrid. Afternoon at leisure.
Day 9 – Sunday 9/15/10 Madrid.
Following breakfast, explore Spain’s historic capital – a city of elegant boulevards, expansive parks, and museums rich in European art including famous Spanish artists: Goya, Velazquez, El Greco, Picasso, and others. Delight in Madrid’s shopping and savor tappas bars and restaurants.
Day 10 – Monday 9/16/10. Madrid to Boston.
